Hi! My name is George Neuman and I’m YogaGeorge!

My chronical of this adventure will not only cover the wonderful views inside the Grand Canyon but also the joys and trials associated with researching and preparing for the hike. For those of you just interested in the views, I’ll be including photos and videos to complement my preparations and training. For those of you thinking of doing the hike, my preparations are an amalgam of information I learned on the internet. I’ll be sharing links as appropriate to acknowledge those that came before me.
